I just talked to someone very special to me on the phone for the first time...and I just now realized that I was giggling almost the whole entire time!!!

an old lady who is in her 90's we take care of
she has memory loss and we are an assisted living home.
the other day she was wondering down the hall Bare naked with her purse and just shoes on.....
I and another staff member know her very well we have been working with her for many years and she forgets us and who we are and often thinks we are her Family...
we went to speak to her and tried to explain she is naked and needed to get dress before walking out of her room.....
She looked at us and said I'm dressed its my birthday suit!
At the time it wasn't funny....we felt odd but we knew how the mind will make people do odd things when this disease
strikes...so we took her back into the room and dressed her for the day.....
The following day staff went in to assist as usual...she said come here dear.....now-we never know what will go on with memory loss and the devastation of dementia....
she leaned over and asked me when I was going to but on my birthday suit!! Inside I was giggling so hard
to her it didn't matter she defiantly put a smile on people faces. When she passed away she had a written not to staff
since no family was alive for her we were her family!
At her request she wanted to be buried in her "birthday suit"!
I will remember her forever

My big brother is the biggest practical joker in the world, and since I have no boyfriend to speak of, it's him. He is always making me laugh my head off. Even if most of the time, the jokes on me. His last one was a chocolate cream pie he placed on my computer chair when i wasn't looking and I sat down in it! He thought I'd be ticked, but i was laughing so hard and it was so much fun that I just tossed the pieces at him! We get along too well to fight.

My fiance, she is such a little girly girl sometimes. It helps we get a llong well, cause we get into insane tickle wars that leave us out of breath! My little sister is pretty fun too. Hey, Staci, next time look before you sit! LOL

I had a friend who ALWAYS made me laugh, he's just naturally funny, even when he's not trying, lol! i never knew why.. we called him Chino =]
