If the technology increases would the unemployment increase?

And will the standard of education increase as well?

You have the concept backwards. Technology has never been greater than it is today. More people are employed today than ever before in human history. Technology creates jobs, but most jobs it creates require knowledge and high intellectual functioning rather than manual labor that dominated before modern technology (the technology performs the manual labor).
