This video is crucial. This is a presidential candidate explaining to the CHAIRMAN OF THE FEDERAL RESERVE why all prices are so high, and why everybody is losing a ton of money.
He's explaining the inflation tax.
Listen to the fear and nervousness in the chairman of the Feds voice!!!
This is scary as hell! It's your money! It's your savings!
It is being devalued like crazy.
Ron is the only candidate who wants to scrap the Fed or force them back to the gold standard where they must have gold backing the money!
If you are going for anybody else, welcome great depression.
Look, the bottom line is, despite wars, programs, incentives and issues, MONEY makes the world go round. If your dollars value is shot, then we are all in the poor house. The dollar is incredibly weak to the Euro now.
We are going down without Ron Paul! I'm dead serious. He's a genius in economics.

Even if Dr. Paul, as president, does not have the power to change the economy directly, the power he would have by virtue of that office is to address the country and the world and bring the most important issues to the forefront.
The other candidates are afraid of address the really big issue. The War in Iraq really is a minor issue. We Americans are allowing the war to distract us from the stealing of American wealth by corporate America and its purchased politicians. This thievery has been going on now for generations.
Dr. Paul went into politics because of his interest in the economy, and preserving the American way of life which has, in some ways, been in decline for about 40 years.
Dr. Paul has delivered thousands of babies and actually cares about the youth of this generation and what they will inherit. The other politicians are placating their baby boomer demographic.

i'm staring at Larry King and that particular would not look like Ron Paul, yet in spite of this i've got not seen him very plenty to be conscious of what he feels like. I mentioned him as as we talk as on the View and he would not look an identical.

He's got my vote
We cannot continue to simply print money “out of thin air” without any hard assets backing our currency..
Paul is for creating a competing currency backed by gold. "He opposes dependency on paper fiat money, but also says that there "were some shortcomings of the gold standard of the 19th century ... because it was a fixed price and caused confusion." He argues that hard money, such as backed by gold or silver, would prevent inflation, but adds, "I wouldn't exactly go back on the gold standard but I would legalize the constitution where gold and silver should and could be legal tender, which would restrain the Federal Government from spending and then turning that over to the Federal Reserve and letting the Federal Reserve print the money. "He supports parallel currencies, such as gold-backed notes issued from private markets, competing on a level playing field with the Federal Reserve fiat dollar." –wiki
***He is NOT for returning to the gold standard, he is for creating a competing currency backed by gold..
EDIT: Ahcho A: He's polling at 5%

And you think because of his "genius" in the financial world he is qualified to run the country? He will never be able to force the fed back to the gold standard. All his plans need to be voted on by the congress and it won't pass. And believe it or not, Paul does not have the ability to stop a recession or depression as you seem to think.

And that's just his Financial ideas.... His Ideas on changing government are AWESOME!!!!
Has anyone else noticed that he is the only one really talking about the economy. The rest just sit there, and act like it's fine... but I get the feeling it's not healthy.
OH... and if your only complaint about him is the GOLD STANDARD.... congress would have to pass that anyway, and I don't see that happening... so probably his least liked idea won't even happen... so don't worry about that too much.
Just focus on what good he would do for this nation!!!

There isn't enough gold in the world to back every dollar. That's why those gold note went away to begin with. If Paul became the President, according to his foreign policy, we have to back to 1944 and let Hitler have the world, because Hitler didn't want us in Germany.

No, I don't have a monitor so I can't watch your advertisement of Rue Paul. Sorry kid besides, he has a 2% rating and he'll never even get close to being president.
