i do what my late grandfather used to do,he used a soup ladle,or i stand next tto the door frame and go up and down on it.

I have a backscratcher. One of those long-handled gizmos, with the little hand on the end of it. I can scratch anywhere on my back with it.

I'm actually flexible enough to reach that, unless something is restricting me. (Coat, seatbelt, etc.)
