Like I send money order to the first agency, Finacial Recovery Services, Inc to make any enclosed payments if I DO NOT have a checking account.

yes you should send a money order no matter what. on money orders they get there money and you have proof they got there money. You should never send checks cause checks are very easy for people to duplicate and still more money then you want them to take. And banks usally dont insure your money but money order companies always do..

you would have to call that particular collection agency. some make take credit card payments, money orders, etc. whereas some may only accept checks.
