just because she didn't test positive for sedatives does not mean that she was coping

many people use booze as a crutch when things are tough for them - so she could have been under the influence of alcohol............

does this prove anything either way
more crimes are committed under the influence of drink than under the influence of tranqs

What was interesting about that ? mothers and fathers all over the world take anti- depressents does that make them irresponsible I don' t think so , I do not like the content of your question .( but you have the right to ask it ) Concentrate on hoping that the child will return home soon and that she will be renuited with her parents .
