If they're not willing to part with at least one of those guys, then I don't think they've got a shot at Cabrera. The Marlins want young talent, and those guys you named would likely all be on their target list.
Personally, I'd be very hesitant to give up Martin not only because of his talent, but because he plays a premium position that can't be easily replaced. I'd give up one of Loney/Kemp, though, if it meant landing a big fish (sorry, bad pun) like Cabrera.
Andy Laroche is another possibility, if the Dodgers are willing to let him go. He could be very good, but he plays the same position as Cabrera and could be expendable. And while I doubt the Dodgers would trade away Kershaw, they might be willing to give up Scott Elbert. Pitching prospects are often a risky proposition, and they're getting a proven star.

Craig S. has done it again. The Dodgers shouldn't trade for Cabrera if the price is too high.
The Dodgers were expecting Andy Laroche to begin playing more at the major league level.
Martin is developing into his prime and is arguably the Dodgers best hitter. Matt Kemp may also be one of the breakout players for 2008.
All together, It should be a good first year as manager Joe Torre.

i think of Renteria is a lot extra probably. because of the fact the Tigers traded Pudge to the Yankees curiously like they are going to be sellers. The Dodgers will examine out the two gamers yet Renteria is a lot extra probably because of the fact the White Sox does not commerce Cabrera because of the fact the White Sox are interior the playoff race.

Yeah man, I'm a Dodger fan and watching those guys play is awesome. They are not prospects they are already Big league Players. I could see Loney and some other players being traded for cabrera but that's it.

Garciaparra, Kent, Hendrickson, Lieberthal,
Don't even think of trading Loney, Ethier, Kemp, Martin. You're going to disappoint a lot of fans if you did. Plus, these guys got big bats already so why trade them for another big bat?

Minor league players. Kemp alone will have cabrera type numbers. Ned Colleti is dumb if he destroys the farm system for a fatty.

Well in order to get a player like Cabrera you will probably have to give up an "untouchable" . I would kind of like him to go to the Giants but they would probably have to give up Cain or Lincecum and I hope they don't but i dunno.

You have to also add Kershaw as one of the untouchables.
