You can even earn from adsense using your website.

I recommend going to a bookstore they have plenty of books on the subject also you might want to checkout dreamweaver and become familiar with flash cs3

if you can use google you'll be able to find out how to build almost any thing
use lines like
"PHP cookie tutorial"
or
"javascript string functions"
