A. Not really... dolphins are mammals, which are almost impossible to replicate in the fish world...
B. Sharks are fish, and there are many freshwater "sharks" that greatly resemble the real saltwater sharks... If you have at LEAST a 20 gallon tank, you could consider a SINGLE Rainbows(5-6 inches) OR Red Tailed Shark (5-6 inches). They are very aggressive towards their own species, so they should be the only sharks in the tank... Also, they may attack smaller fish, so choose fast, midlevel swimming or surface dwelling fish.

If you have at LEAST a 100 gallon tank, you could get a school of Bala Sharks (10+ inches). They are schooling fish, so they need at least 5 of their own species to feel secure... If they are in too small of a school, they will become very stressed, potentially sickly, and may attack your other fish. They will stick to the top of the tank, so bottom dwellers or midlevel swimmers are great matches. There are many other species of shark-like fish, but they get absolutely massive (many reach more than 3 feet), making them unsuitable for fish tanks... Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
C. There are no fish that look like turtles, but you could get a a Red Eared Slider in a 20 gallon tank with NO fish (it will eat fish) if you can provide it with a basking area and heat lamp...

There are freshwater fish called 'sharks' although they are not the real things. There are many different species of these sharks: red-tailed, red-finned/rainbow, albino red-tailed/red-finned, black, bala, and etc . . .
As far as the others, I dont know what to tell you. There are two fish called a baby whale and a freshwater dolphin fish, but they really don't look like the real mammels of the sea.

Dolphin = "dolphin" fish, which is a species of morymid..
Shark = Paroon shark. The things look almost identical to bull sharks. I have one, but wouldn't reccomend them to people as they get 6 feet +

Sea turtle = Fly river turtle. They look IDENTICAL, but are fresh water. They don't even need land to get out on. Only thing is they're $400+

In the tropical section they have "Bala Sharks" which aren't really sharks but they are called that because of their appearence and the way they move, they grow to be about 7-8 inches long. I have 2 of them in my tank... really neat fish.
