just wondering, do u work at a celular store? Yes inexpensive items and sales are very good in a cellular store.

customer service. But not just in the store but down the road when you have a problem. How is their call in service help. How many locations do they have so I do not have to drive 50 miles to go to the store.
I do not judge on only one visit because they could have a difficult customer or someone may be off sick and they are short staffed. Ask friends and family if you know people with different cell phone companies

After all the terrible experiences I've had lately with my cell provider, I'm going to say customer service. They keep adding features to my plan that I don't want. I have to go over my bill each month with a fine-tooth comb and spend time that I'd rather use doing other things on the phone getting it all straihgtened out. I never had that problem with Cingular- customer service went downhill when they switched back to AT&T, and you don't realize what a good thing you had til it's gone when it comes to that.

price, style of phones, service coverage & definitly customer service.
My fiance worked for Sprint/Nextel and he didnt know a thing about customer service, so customers never wanted to deal with him. So I had to step in & show him how it's done.

lots of accesories. a phone has to look cool, this means i got to have a good megapixel camera, audio system, organizers, the works. a phone is a true represntation of how seriously you take yourself.
