I had a semen analysis done and the urologist told me that I had only 8 sperm and they where dead. If i take vitamins and male fertility pills will this help me if I have dead sperm? Is there a chance I can do another semen test and find some alive or will they always be dead? My urologist basically told me I had no options, Is this right?

I think you should have another test done.
A normal sperm count is in the millions. Unless there is something wrong with the sample, it doesn't sound like there is much chance of fertility.

Even alive 8 sperm is way too few. You need to go to a sperm bank if your partner is really serious about having kids. That kid will love you like no other and you will be its Dad in every way shape and form! (Do tell him or her someday - they have a right to know the truth, but it won't change how they feel - don't you watch Heroes???)
