Any real estate assessment office or tax collector office.

Here is one for Fairfax County, VA

UPDATE:

Here is Prince Williams Property Information System:

Click on the Property search and choose search by address and just type in the street and it will bring up a list of houses on that street. Choose the one that is the house and it will give you the owner's name. Click on the transfer tab on the top right to get the Deed book and Page numbers and the Conveyance numbers to take to the Clerk of Courts for the complete records of the property. You will need to go to the Clerk of Courts in person to get the records.

The above answers are all in error. Title to property is recorded in the county court house in the Recorder of Deeds Office. There should be an assessment office and a map room in the court house. Go there first to get the deed book and page number.

Go to 411.com. Type in your address & state, then when it returns your results there is a link at top or bottom that says "neighbors" or something like that & will list every resident, who lives there, etc.
Possibly will find it here.

Also try you state's website & search for real estate in the search box, then will list the counties. Click on the county. If county isn't listed use the county closest to your county & click where it says "surrounding counties"..You can search by address by looking to your left side options saying "search by address".
Good luck

Your city or county tax assessor should have that information. It's public record. Use a search engine to see if either of those two governmental entities for your area have searchable web sites. Most do now.
