Resolution, in microscopy, is reported as a unit of length, representing the miminum size of what can be differentiated.

If the resolution of a mircroscope is 1 micron, it means that if two things are closer together that that, you won't be able to tell there is a space between them.

The calculation of resolution (R) depends on the wavelength of light being used and the numerical aperture (NA) of the lens.

R = wavelength/(2NA)

I don't know what you mean by the "ratio for two resolutions of two images."
