Well if you're looking for true charitable celebs the sports stars are a better crowd for that than movie stars. There are a lot of basketball and football players who spend their off season helping out for charities they support.
Other than that, Caroline Kennedy has spent her whole adult life running charitable causes without any fuss or publicity, and done an excellent job.

Posh and Becks - no Seriously.
David Beckham is nice looking and has done work for charity.
Both him and Victoria are used to being in the public limelight
so would cope with the fame.
Victoria ia used to being a skinny clotheshorse which is what the media requires
Both David and Victoria are Royal names.
Its short change from Beckinham Palace to Buckingham palace.
They have sons for heirs.
They are used to being rich.
If David has had the odd affair - then so has all royalty.

I would make Ellen DeGeneres queen... she's funny, caring, honest, respectfull of others, and she donates a lot of time and money to worthy causes.
