Does your mom keep any Midol on hand? If not try a few asprin and a warm compress on your lower stomach and lie down for an hour or so.

okay there are alot of things you can do like take an ibroprofine...its a muscle relaxent and cramps are your muscles trying to squeeze out the egg also take a hot bath...your friend will understand if your still sore...plus your gonna have your period for a lng long time and i can think of alot of times when cramps have come at the wrong time your gonna have to accept that you will have them for a long long time somtimes the best thing fo pain is to get your mind off of it...so a friend could really help also, do some sit ups crazy i know but getting active helps...its torcher but afterwords i always feel better good luck

You can try a heating pad over your abdomen, or try this:
lay down on the floor, bring your knees up to your chest and put your arms around them, then rock forward and backward to massage your lower back.
Your mom might be able to give you some ibuprofen for the pain, if you can take the drug.

Try making a tea with ginger and a little honey. Ginger's a good natural way to take away stomach cramps.

Umm.. take a warm shower and drink some hot fluids. Avoid cold foods and beverages at all costs during your period ; they'll make your cramps unbelievably painful.

lay on the couch in some sweats or your pajamas with a blanket and a heating pad on your stomach along with some chocolate (bar, ice cream, etc.) pop a few midol and just relax with some good talk shows or whatever you enjoy watching.

I'm 14 too...
You're going through the beginning stages of ur period. Ask your mom; mom's know best! lol!
For me, usually my cramps go away in an hour or so...

call you friend and have her come over in an hour or so... take a midol and a HOT bath to soothe your cramps
