My friend just hired a woman who was fired for stealing money for a toy fund to clean his house. I told him she was a thief, but he doesnt seem to care.
He hired her because his daughter told him it was a mis understanding and she was wrongly fired.
Now the woman has lied to his daughter and told her she had a doctors appointment and asked her to babysit her kids. Well, she didnt come back to get her kids. The daughter was calling all over the place to find her and she was found to be a big fat liar and never had a doctors appointment. She was out doing who knows what.
He still insist on keeping her as a housekeeper. In spite of the fact he's been told she steals and lies.
4 yrs ago, he sold a car to a girl and she never paid for it, she also stole money from him. He never took her to small claims or never went to get his car, he just let her run on over him.
He just lets people crap all over him. Whats the deal?

Being a doormat, or allowing people to use you is a "choice".
People make choices; you have no control over that, nor do you have to agree with their choices, but all you can do is tell them the truth about what you know, and let them take it from there; it's as simple as that.
Some people actually do make choices like these on purpose simply because they like, or need the drama, o well.

Sounds like the guy gives everyone many chances. Hope someone eventually deserves it and makes him glad he is so kind. The ones who walk on him will get their just reward eventually...and the beauty is he doesn't have to do a thing. They will reap what they have sown.
