A zinc oxide tablet would contain more than 80% zinc.

I can't think of any compound which contains enough zinc for that to be true and still be absorbed by the human body. I can't swear to it, but i don't think it's possible for such a tablet to exist. Maybe it means 80% of the daily requirement.
