I handle bad of confusing situations by stepping back and thinking about the problem ; then I sort out what is true from what is not true and what is reality from fantasy. Last but not least, if this is something serious, I will either talk it over with a good, trusted friend or write myself a letter asking all kinds of questions pertaining to what is happening and writing the answers as if I was doing this for a friend. It works for me.

It's always better to take it as it is then to lie to yourself as you are only delaying the inevitable when it's all said and done. And not to mention that it hurts you more when you do finally admit that it is what it is.

When in trouble, when in doubt,
run in circles,
scream and shout.

I neither take it nor lie to myself. I find some way to make it better through action or attitude.

I start shooting and figure God will sort them out in the afterlife.

Honestly I just don't worry that much. I tend to get really calm and quiet in tough situations

I always take things as they come. Why set yourself up for a bigger disappointment?

I am quick to walk away if it is personal. Professionally, I am the peacemaker and then the problem solver.
