I have a small amount. Four or Five really great friends I trust and confide in. I am very careful about who I let close to me and I don't want or need anymore than I already have. It's too dangerous.

It's not about how many friends you have or don't have that matters the most. It's the kind of friends that you do or don't have that is the more important thing to take into consideration. I have a few friends. I may not be the most popular person on this site if that's what you are referring to but that doesn't matter as I have some really good friends on here who are good people as well.
