Pat, but I'm trying to break that awful habbit. I like to give sencere, meaningful hugs, not the silly back pat ones.

Well im my opinion you only pat or rub when you're showing sympathy and you just hug that's about it I guess.

Well, no one ever hugs me. In the rare occasion that I do get a hug, I just put my arms around their back.
