THEM- If by this you mean the 1954 movie about giant ants, i would have to say you will probably laugh a whole lot more than you will scream.
The Return- This is much more of a thriller movie, it isn't meant to make you jump, but it may very well make slightly frightened. I wasn't bothered by it, but who's to say i didn't just miss something.
White Noise- This movie has a relatively slow start, I thought. But it leads into something that may very well be considered frightening.
Boo- I can't honestly say i know too much about this movie, if you watch it and it turns out to be worth watching, please let me know.
IT- This is one of my favorite movies ever, it takes place in the town of Derry, it focuses on childhood friends and the demons of their past, there truly are a handfull of frightening moments, however they are mildly overshadowed by the fantastic cast. I strongly reccoment this movie, but you have to set aside some time to watch it, it was a mini series after all.
13 Ghosts- I have to say that this movie is hardly frightening, but it is good, its got some gore, and exceptional acting for such a little film. Tony Shalloub plays a great leading man. Although this movie doesn't rank high on my list, it is still worth watching.
Hope that helped.

I don't think any of those were scary. The only movies that scared me were The Ring, Ju'On (Japanese, original version of the Grudge), Dark Water (Again, ONLY the Japanese version), and one other japanese film with a killer who looks through people's cell phone address lists to find its next victim. I'll look for the name and post it. If you watch scary movies, it helps, because you might not be that scared of things, anymore. :)

In my opinion, none of those movies are all that scary. It's all relative and depends on what you like. Them! (1954) is a classic and should be watched at least once.

It seems that to days movie goers equate scary with gore.
I think one of the scarier movies is Carrie.
