My question was, Will Hukabee, consistent with his core beliefs, advocate as a candidate and enact into law if he is elected, a law criminalizing extra maratal sex?
Is there something mysterious about that question?…All the answers I got did not touch on it in anyway. . I assume that his ardent supporters would have some idea that they were willing to share.

I don't think he would touch that one. Even he would have to realize that there would be too many seats of lawmakers from both parties being lost because they got caught with their knickers down.

Considering that moralizing hypocrites like Huckabee usually end up being found in a motel room with under-age teenagers or in a bathroom stall soliciting gay sex, I rather think such a program would be risky for him.

there are laws about sex in every state these uneducated ppl that say it would be intruding on personal lives , need to look up age of consent and the fact sodomy is illegal in several states . any why i would support this i think if you cant keep it in your pants your not only hurting you spouce your hurting your family. and to me family is mega important

Probably not...it isnt inconsistant for a president to personally be against something on moral grounds, to feel it isnt the feseral governemnts place to intrude on private lives, or to dictate to the states

A lot of right-wing religious types would like to do that, but they lack sufficient power. It would be an inevitable consequence of their pet effort to make "Bible Law" the Law of the Land. Not to mention other disgusting consequences.
