Unfortunately, there is no cure at this time, whether natural or drug related. There are options such as occupational therapy, but those are really just to help cope with the symptoms.

There are many groups searching for a cure, a few of which use largely advertised fund-raisers (like MS walk/bike-a-thon and whatnot).... but there is still no cure. Hopefully they will find one soon, but there is nothing available right now. Sorry.

I heard bo-tox is a hopeful therapy.
