they are called heelys. although they arent as easy to find, now as they were when they first came out, you can probably find them in shoe stores like journeys and payless. otherwise, i have compiled a list of websites you can order them from:

Heeleys! My brother has a pair, you can get them in any shoue or sports shops. it's hilarious, no-ones heard of them in Italy so when my brother wore them down the street they would all stop and stare, looking aghast...
