I have soooo many!
This is hard.
I think it would be White Oleander, because I can really relate to the main character Astrid.
I also LOVE:
Running With Scissors, Why Girls are Weird, the Cirque de Freak series, the Vampire Chronicle series, the Harry Potter series, Prisoner of Heaven, Crazy All the Time, The Outsiders, Hawkes Harbor, the Lord of the Rings series, the Dangerous Girls series, and so much more.

Well, my favorite series is the Twilight series by Stephenie Meyer.
My favorite book is Howl's Moving Castle by Diana Wynn Jones.
They tend to change, but usually the reason I pick a series/book to be in my list of top 5 are because of the originality of the plot. I hate cliches, and I think the ability to create something original is far more impressive than taking a cliched storyline and tweaking it just a bit. So I really can't stand most chic-lits. I don't like drama, either.

The Left Behind series was awesome. Jenkins and LaHaye did a very good job on it.
