A glass holds 225ml.

An adult needs about 1.8 litres of water each day to stay healthy.

How many glasses is that?

(I'm stuck on this question?) Could anyone help me work it out?
THANKS

Convert 225 ml into litres
so, 225 ml = 0.225 Litres

An adult needs 1.8 litres,
so divide 1.8 by 0.225 which equals to 8

So therefore, a man needs to drink 8 glasses of water in a day.

1.8 x 100 = 1800 ml now divide 225 into 1800 and you should get 8 glasses.
