how do i get downloaded PS3 thems from my pc to the PS3?

i downloaded vista theme, in the display pic it shows on it MSN it that for real, anyway how do i get the theme onto the PS3 after downloading it on my pc. i tried with a CD r but that dont work

You need to save the PS3 theme onto a SD card or USB drive first, and then go to the Themes section on the PS3 and go to Install, then you choose the correct PS3 theme that you want to install and that's it.
