I'm sorry you don't like it, but I know exactly how you feel, I moved from Wiltshire to Michigan, United States. I hated it at first here, because I was really lonely, but trust me, it will get better. The school bit was one of the hardest things for me to adjust to, I went from a boarding school in England to a Catholic school in Michigan. I felt really scared at first, but everyone was really nice, and I'm sure you'll make friends really fast. I don't know which part of London you're from, but New York will probably be a lot crazier and more hectic than you're used to. I went there on holiday last year, it was lovely, but sometimes it's a bit overwhelming. Good luck with moving hun, I'm sorry that you're not looking forward to it.

I live in NY and life is exciting to say the least. Theres always something to do and shops like never close. Anything you could possibly want to do or buy is here and the subway makes travel really easy. Its really busy though, like all the time, I don't know exactly how london is but NY is a typical big city. You'll fit in fine and make new friends in no time. Despite what everyone says about NY its nice, and when u go to school the people will be too.
good luck

You'll get used to New York. It is a nice play to live in. Just please don't fall in taking drugs and hanging out with stupid bands who have no real life. Be friendly with people and if anyone ever talks something bad to you, you have the right to answer and slap him/her if it's too bad. New students may not accept you immediately but you'll get used to it. By being polite you will make new friends.
