If you have not automatically deleted everything that is in your spam folder you can go in there and drag it back into the inbox. That is what I usually do.
If you have set your email program to add incoming addresses to your address book it may be in there. I have never looked to see if spam-addresses go there in my program but I do have an awful lot of unrecognized ones in there so that may be happening. It is quick to try so look there just in case.

Depending on your email product, check the blocked senders list. The address might have been inserted there when you marked it as spam. If it is there, remove it and add it to your address book or safe list.

It may be in your trash bin unless you emptied it.
