Many countries have people who would regard our homeless as the rich guys.

We are the only country full of fat people with the means to take care of our homeless that allow the situation to exist however. A lot of the homeless have mental problems, some times as the result of military experience, though that is a favorite dodge of beggers. We can thank the neocons for having the mentally ill on the streets as well as in political office.

Unfortunately no. Just follow the hurricanes, cyclones, and such around the world and even more end up homeless. But in the U.S. there was a recent study that the evangelical pastors reap in millions of dollars annually, and go out and purchase 12.5 million dollar homes, drive Bentley's, have cosmetic surgery done, among other things that keep them rich, "fat" and happy. All the while that money they collect they claim is to help the poor.

You know they say that when Jesus walked the earth, he actually did help the poor. And that is what these churches claim to do. It's a sad state of affairs when even the churches are ripping off the poor they claim to help. And they are even more against helping anyone that happens to be a single person down on their luck.

Shame on them all

Erm... no. In other news: India isn't the only country with poor people, and France isn't the only country with crime.
