Are you saying that a black person who is part of the "black street culture" shouldn't be arrested if they break they law?

Yes i know a cop who is half black and he was telling me about this one bad neighborhood where he is trying to do his job and he feels like hes at war with the whole neighborhood no he is not "racist" of black street culture but i think black street culture is being racist to him.

No. I know several that don't agree with the ''street culture''. That's not racism, bigotry or whatever else you would like to call it. It's an opinion.
As far as singling a person out due to the way they dress, once again no. However if you see someone wearing a white t-shirt and bluejeans (used in my area as kind of a uniform to signal people from other areas who has the dope and to make it difficult for the police to give a good description in a foot pursuit) standing on a ''hot'' corner motioning his hand at every unfamiliar car that passes him. Well, he just outed himself.

I think we all should be predjudice of the "street cultuture", whether it is blacks, whites or spanish. Good people dont hang out on the street

No. A law is a law. This doesn't matter what color skin a person has.
