I think that because you have a twin guys would want to say that they have been with both,that way they feel that they sound cool.

Ask your sister. Your sisters,you should be honest with her.
Ask him too.If hes your boyfriend,you should also be honest,its the foundations of a good relationship.
Good luck with it. If he is dating your sister then get rid of him sharpish and have a good long talk with your sister.

And if he really DID that, well...you've got problems.
