I hate it when people say "Abortion is not murder". Wrong! Murder takes life away from living things. You should think about the possible consequences before you decide to have unprotected sex or not. THAT'S when the "choice" should be made. Killing an unborn child is not a solution to ones problems. Abortion directly involves the rights of at least two people: the mother and the unborn child. If a man kills his pregnant wife or girlfriend he WILL get charged with two counts of manslaughter.....I wonder why that is?

abortion as a form of birth control, is wrong and I can not think of any circumstance where it should be allowed.

I had an abortion when i was 18. A senior in high school about to go to college. I thought i had no other option- I was wrong, and I regret what I did and it hurts sooooo much.

It makes me sick to think about what I have done. I cant believe what i did. I feel like a selfish, immature, brat who murdered her own child in order to be able to go to college and party like a "normal" 18 year old. I was sooo wrong.

After the abortion, i became depressed and withdrawn. It took about five years for me to fully feel the repercussions of what I had done. And by then, of course its too late. every day i regret what i did.

Abortion doctors are evil. At least most of them. They DO NOT care about you, your unborn baby, or your health. These clinics jobs are to SELL ABORTIONS. THEY MAKE LOTS OF MONEY off of the murder of your baby. NOT ONCE did one of these doctors try and talk me out of it, or even talk to me AT ALL about it!!!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU.

Please think long and hard about this. IT IS NOT OKAY to kill a baby. AND I PROMISE YOU WILL regret it. People who kill their babies because they alreayd have a couple kids, and they dont think they can afford it THAT IS STUPID there are other options other than murder.

To do or not to do it is only in you that you will find the right answer FOR YOU, to say that is wrong and whatever is very nice to say until you are in that problem, so remember that everybody feels like they can be a judge for others actions and for that you don't need nothing more than just WORDS... but to think that you can speak your mind is right just because... nah... facts and circumstances are different for all.

What people should be worry is to bring kids where a family is, not just to bring it as a mistake, as well this can be for some people a wake up call, to take care and be responsible use 1 method of all to have a regular birth control.

To regret something done is a way of living, to regret not having the information that can be change, there's a lot of books, read the ones that are more interesting for you and then you will be able to have your own opinion, talk in the hospitals with patients that had one, you will have a better sight of your question.

To take the decision to bring a life without love, or a caring family... is it that better?

I personally would not have an abortion unless I was raped or if having the baby would kill me (ectopic pregnancy for example) I do not however tell anybody else what to do with their body. It is each individual womans choice and it should be left at that. Who am I to tell someone else what she can or cannot do? I am not in her shoes, I dont know what she is going through. I do think that abortions should be monitored. They should not be used as a form of birth control. Mistakes happen, I understand that. What I am talking about is druggies, prostitutes, strippers, etc...out having sex all the time, getting pregnant, and getting abortions. After a certain number of abortions, these women should be forced to have their tubes tied because obviously they dont want a baby, and they are not responsible enough to use birth control. If we make abortion illegal, there will still be abortions. Underground "doctors" and the coat hanger method. These are far more dangerous than legalized abortions. If this happened, we would end up with many women dead while trying to abort the baby, babies being tortured as someone pokes them until they finally die, babies possibly not dying in the womb only to be born with defects. I think its more humane to have an abortion legally, its much safer.

I've had one and no, I do not regret it. It was the best decision that could have been made at the time and if I were in the same situation I was then, I would make the same decision.

My views on abortion are that it is a private decision and I was very grateful that I could make my decision with my husband and doctor and did not have to consult the government or a court to do so.

Peace,
Jenn

My view on abortion is that is a legal medical procedure available to women 'if' they should decide that they need it.

As a person who has two beautiful sons and a baby on the way - I understand how precious life is; however, I have had an abortion in the past. . . I do not regret my decision due to the personal circumstances at the time. . .

With my current pregnancy, the father drove me to an abortion clinic - I knew I couldn't live with myself if I did have another abortion so i opted to take responsibility for my actions.

it is a difficult choice. it is a permanant choice too.
it does stay with you.

Honestly, I don't know what I would personally do if I came to that crossroad. However, I do know that I do not hold it against someone if they have had one. I think "accidents" happen, and as horrible as that sounds I don't know how else to put it. I do believe in being responsible when having intercourse, using protection (and if you can't afford it or don't have it for whatever reason- then just don't have sex) Often alcohol or drugs cloud good judgment, and unfortunately lead to hard decisions like abortion. There is a lot to take into consideration when forming your opinion on abortion. A lot of people feel that abortion should be illegal unless the woman was raped/molested. It's up to you to form your own opinion on the matter, just read up on the facts (easy to do thanks to the internet and librarys) before making it. DO NOT MAKE AN IGNORANT DECISION.

I have several things to say on this.
ONE...IT IS MURDER!
SECOND...I know SEVERAL people that have had one.
Not one of them has been happy!
They feel guilt. They should, they just murdered!
They feel regret.
They will never know whether it was a boy, girl, what it's hair color was, eye color, did it look like them?
SO MANY questions! NO ANSWER, AS BABY IS GONE!
A baby is not a thing, it is a PRECIOUS new life!
By the way...I had an ectopic (tubal) pregnancy...and in that case, the fetus is already dead...so that is not an arguement!
I also had a family member that was raped...she had the baby and put it up for adoption. She didn't feel that she could MURDER the baby, but she did not want to live with the baby either. The grandparents did stay in touch, and the child is happy and healthy!

Only you can decide whether abortion is right for YOU or not. No one can tell someone else its wrong because that is their opinion. If abortion is 100% the right answer for you ... you will not regret it.

Its a personal decision that only the person facing the decision can make. Go with your heart .... and see where you end up.

MURDER! And I don't want to even hear the bs that 'its not a human yet'! What is it then!? Is there a possibility that it will be a dog or chicken you give birth to? NO. It is a human being the moment it is conceived. I do not condone the murder of defenseless babies.
