If you're talking about the door hinges the best thing I've used is Zep brand teflon penetrating oil. Spray the door hinges liberally with the spray, put a newspaper down so you don't mess the area under the hinges. Open the window and put an old towel around the door frame, use it to swing the door back and forth until the hinges loosen up. Usually you will have to apply the spray many times to penetrate and wash away the rust binding the hinges. If it's not a sloppy mess you are not using enough spray. Other brands such as WD-40 or 5-56 will also work but will require many more applications and more time. When the hinges are free clean with Brake Cleaner and then apply motor oil.

When I have that problem I go threw the other door and crawl into the drivers seat. Usually starting the car and leaving it running for a bit will unfreeze it. But it can be a real nightmare (especially if your wearing a dress...lol). I guess you could try a hair dryer too if an outlet is near by. My parents used to do that sometimes. Good luck!

park it in a heated space, if you can get in let the heater run and try pushing from the inside. run it through a car wash, but make sure you let it dry then lube all points of contact with wd-40, it will chase off the water on moving components.
