Super Hero weakness?

What is the weakness of Hawkman/Hawkgirl? What would it take to beat one of them in single combat?

You know, outside the obvious (A loaded AK-47) and something specific. Example: Superman & Kryptonite, or Martain Manhunter & Fire.

Depending on the incarnation of The Hawks, they have either:

The conventional weaknesses of a well-conditioned athletic human adult, bolstered by exposure to Nth Metal, and protected by a cycle of re-incarnation, making them effectively immortal.

OR:

Conventional weaknesses of athletic Thanagarian adults, who are specially conditioned to the rigors of hard vaccuum, and benefit from exposure to Nth Metal.

The Hawks are not invulnerable, nor are they immune to disease (although their resistance is very high). They still tire, and have the same requirements for food, water, rest, etc as a human (or Thanagarian, depending).

They are exceptional in terms of their stamina, and mental will power (conditioned for flight at all levels of altitude, as well as practiced in the discipline of controlling Nth Metal artifacts).
