I think that thing has enough preservatives already to last to the next century.

I agree with answer one. MAC anything probably has a half life similar to Plutonium.

Beyond that you state you ONLY want the MEAT. There are no BONES in a McRib, and the jury is still out on whether or not that other substance is actually MEAT.

You could dry/dehydrate the Substance and as one other states either use a poly coating, or an epoxy coating.

I guess I'm curious about the project? Are you trying to create a TROPHY to that company??? Or venerate the product? Hopefully this is a Science/Health project demonstrating some aspects of fast food.

Polyurethane spray, several layers, let each one dry before applying the next.
