Can an amaryllis bulb grow well if it is inside all year instead of beign outside in spring and summer?

Yes, if it gets enough sun, water, and food.

But it will still need a dormancy period. Start withholding water and let it dry out a bit toward the end of summer, then put it in a cool dark place to reast for 3 months.

Then bring it out, re-pot, put in a sunny window, water, and it will grow and flower (if it's big enough)
