No "best" just all different.

I prefer the stylised bikes that Trotter and the like comes up with and I am not a big fan of the Old School style

Still the old school bikes are no less to be admired

There are probably some terrible builders out there but in general they are all good but all very different

It's a toss up between two very different styles for me.....

Either Indian Larry (R.I.P), or, Roland Sands. 'No Regrets' was sick.

Dave Perewitz ( I don't know if that's how it's spelled) makes the most rider friendly bikes in my opinion.
