My idea of a great shopping day is not waitng five hours on the interstate (79) to get to the off ramp at the outlet mall. I'd rather be at home, in my jammies, on my couch with a pot of tea, my plastic, and a pile of 1-800 numbers from my favorite catalogs. There is nothing on the planet that is worth the madness and stress of shopping on the day after Thanksgiving at 2 a.m.

I just got back a little while ago .. OMG... prepare yourself my dear! its Crazy out there ... 3:45 am I was waiting in a line that wraped around the building! First time ive done this had to experience it! lol. some helpful tips...Go by 1 to get the good deals... Mervyns has Great Sales going on! and for every 50$ you get 10$ off card to use again! same thing at Gotchalks... KHols IS wiped out !!!... Walmart is lookin good as well... HAppy Holidays and Happy shopping to you...

Lol, I just went out this morning to get one item and go sell my plasma and I am back home now and I have to get ready to go to work now! So I can see all the crazy people shop <3

I have done my shopping for this month.We are 40 miles from
a town so I shop for the month,saves on the cost of petrol
there is no public transport here and the railway is also 40 miles away.

I did that once and that was enough! It was so insane & crazy!! My back hurt from standing in line holding all my stuff waiting for an hour just to pay !!! Never again!! Plus, I got most of my xmas shopping already done.~~~

Cause I am a guy so I do all my Christmas shopping on Christmas eve 1 hour before the stores close.
Just like every other guy lol... your a female you should know this already, BTW how did you like the road map I gave you for Christmas last year lol.

Never happened when I was younger, sure won't happen now!
Like you said, It's crazee!
And over the top commercialized!!!! Takes away the true joy
of the reason for the season. as well after Christmas you get more for your money, It's a shame people get sucked into stress. But they sure do!

I think I'm going to make presents this year.
Do some homemade jam and marmalade, maybe some muffins in a basket...
Something like that, anyhow...I hate the malls at holiday time.
