for the past three days i've been having pain on my left side and having stretchy slippery vaginal discharge with a little blood in it.. then last night my stomach had pins and needles with more discharge and everytime i wiped it would be very very slippery.... my last period was on the 9th of this month....what could be wrong?

You may have a STD (hopefully not) but I would suggest going to the doctor...
Sometimes it's slippery when you wipe because of ovulation but I don't know why there would be blood traces....
But the pains could be your appendix, maybe?

You could have ovarian cysts. If there was no pain or blood that you would have nothing to worry about, but I strongly suggest you visit your gynecolegist. I don't think that it is an STD.
