Those are just suggestions. My siblings are triplets and their names are Cory, Collin and Craig. If I could pick their names, I would make them not start with the same letter. When the twins were born a few weeks ago, my aunt (mom) made sure they didn't start with the same letter. It's hard to say : Cory stop biting Collin. Collin stop biting Craig, Craig don't touch thatm Collin, don't put that in your mouth, etc. etc.

For girls, I'd choose Lauren, Natalie and Danielle. I they all have a similar feel - classic but not stodgy, feminine but not fussy. And they sound like sibs.
For middle names, though, I'd use:
Lauren Gabrielle
Natalie Scarlet
Danielle Tamsin
Your boys' list has some good choices, too. I'd use Christian, Nicolas and Henry. Again, I'd change the middle names to:

Danielle amd Gabrielle don't go as too similar..
Christian and Christopher and Charlie shouldn't go together.
I do know some twins named Samantha and Danielle so these certainly go. Although seeing as samanthas middle name will rhyme with danielle it doesnt go as well.
Micheala and Amy and Jason has nothing wrong with it and neither do most of your other names.
As long as they are not too similar or rhyme with the other name such as (Belle with Michelle) then they all sound fine
