Don't know if this is a joke or not, but I don't think kids asking this kind of question could ask this here. Therefore, I am going to assume the asker is the one being asked by his kids that are 5 years old or younger who can't comprehend the idea of sex. Here is the round about way of doing it without explaining human reproduction methods.
Tell him/her that you guys wanted a baby, so you decide to go to Heaven to find one. When you are there, you pick him/her out to be the baby you wanted, so you take him/her by having him/her sleep inside mommy's tummy while your mommy eating for him/her to grow bigger until he/she is big enough to come to the world.
Simple, cute and easy to understand. When they are teenagers, they would know the truth soon enough. Enjoy. :-)

The stork. At a certain time of the month, a stork will fly over several houses and place the baby on the door step. Then he will ring the doorbell and fly away. What a nice suprise!

it comes from a mom and a dad and is ready after 9 months then it comes from a moms front part and u have a baby

a factory above heaven, there are these oversized stork birds and they pause time and then put you in the doctor's arms, then restart time again, and then your mom cries and is so happy she hypervenalates!! ⥠good luck
