Couple of sharp taps on the side with a small hammer. Not hard enough to dent it.

This will get you buy for a short time, but it needs to be replaced.

If you have a locked or stuck starter solenoid you're going to have to replace it. Now days it's cheaper to just replace the whole starter assembly.
