Question can be read a number of ways due to lack of brackets.
Will take a chance on:-
(s) (4r - 25s) / (5rs - 20s²)
(s) (4r - 25s) / (5s) (r - 4s)
(4r - 25s) / [ (5) (r - 4s) ]

factor the numerator: s(4r-25s)

factor the denominator; s(2r+3r - 20s)

cancel the s and simplify:

(4r-25s)/(5r-20s)

That's all you can do!

4rs-(25s^2)/(2rs)-3rs-20s^2=0
[4rs-(25s^2)/(2rs)-3rs-20s^2=0] x [2rs]
8r^2s^2 - 25s^2 + 6r^2s^2 - 40rs^3 = 0
group similar terms:
14r^2s^2 - 25s^2 -40rs^3 = 0
factor out s^2:
s^2( 14r^2 - 25 - 40rs ) = 0
simplify:
s^2 ( 14r^2 - 40rs - 25 ) = 0 -------- ANSWER
