im almost sure i saw a ghost! about 1 hr after i looked up at the light and there was like what looked like smoke around it, was this an illusion or anyone had a similiar experience?

It is possible. What you would have to do is try to eliminate every other possibility and try to recreate what happened. Could it have been your shadow? Could it have been your reflection? Could it have been something totally different and your eyes matrixed producing what you thought was a ghost? Did anyone else see it? There are numerous possibilities. It might sound like I am trying to discredit what you saw, in a way I am, but if every possibility can be eliminated then what is the only possibility that is left? I am founder of a paranormal group and this is the way we do things.

It wasn't a demon, lol. Go with your intuition. If you feel you saw a ghost/spirit, then chances are you did.
I have had similar experiences, but the one that means the most to me was in August of 2005. I awoke in the early morning hours, probably around 2:30 or so. My children were sleeping near me, because they often liked to camp out in my room. A woman was standing next to my bed, watching me. She was greyish white and was wearing clothing from a different time. I felt love coming from her and felt very safe, so I rolled over and closed my eyes. After a moment, I turned back to see if she were still there, but she was gone. There was nothing evil or bad about her presence. I tend to believe as Philip Pullman, who wrote in his book, "The Amber Spyglass" that good and evil are terms human beings give to explain their behaviors.
Life is whatever you make of it. It doesn't matter so much what is real to everyone else as what is real to you. No one else sees the world and experiences the same things exactly as you do. So, after all that, what I am trying to say is that if you believe you saw a ghost, you did. No other validation is so important as that which you give to yourself.

Sounds like more of a type of haze...weather created through an optical illusion or not, there doesn't seem to be a lot of cases where a ghost will manifest itself around bright light. I would pass it off as yourself seeing something that could be explained if thoroughly investigated. Sorry. : (

you know, you don't have to go negative with that... a poor sap ghost stuck between worlds...
why couldn't it be an angel showing you there on the job, or God showing you that yes there is something beyond our common knowledge of existence...so that you'll have faith... it may have been a gift of faith from God. I mean, if theres ghosts than most certainly theres an afterlife... maybe Gods calling you bud... cause he sure does love you... the bible tells you so.

It might have been but I'd need more info! Why does everyone that's not familiar with this stuff always think it's bad or Demons? There's a good and bad side to everything a yin and yang. I wish they would learn before scareing everyone!

if you didn't see an actual apperision (Ghost) then you probably saw dust smoke, or if you looked up at a light then it was probably your eyes playing tricks on you.. if it was a ghost then i would keep my eyes out for any other signs. watch ghost hunters on the AE channel they can help you too!

If you keep seeing it, ask it if you can do anything to help or ask what it wants. Then try to work to help it.
Don't get freaks out, it happens all the time to many people.

Apparently so. When I was in the ICU I kept asking who that old lady was and they kept asking me which old lady and I said right there, next to me. They said there's no one there. Creepy huh?

well i have not had that experience with a ghost or a spiret but if you had similer experiences then there by a chance that where ever your at.
