Why Do Caucasians and Blacks Name Call?

Have you noticed that if a Caucasion is called "white boy" or "white paddy' by a Caucasion it's permissable, but not okay for Black to call a Caucasion those names. Then If a Caucasion calls a Black "N" or "Spade" it's offensive, but it's okay for Blacks to call each other that. Tell me what you say?

Why do people call each other anything at all?? We are all human beings. I think we should just see everybody as "folk". What a better world we would live in then!!

Asain also do it if your a Dark asain you will get teased by your fello asain buddies.....(My friend told me..she comes from pakistan...that this girl she knows gets bullied becuase she is dark skinned and from pakistan...)...anyway i have never heard a white person say "white boy" or "white paddy" to anyone...maybe where u come frm they say that but i understand black people call each other the N word i have never heard of spade.....but anyway i think people dont care becuase its your own race however the N word has more history behind it when they were being lynched and hanged by different races they would say this word....only uneducated people would use the word "white boy" and the N word.....

How would u feel if some female pulled down your pants and told you, that you had a small penis? If you're a woman, how'd you feel if a doctor told you that you couldn't bare children? That feeling, is what blacks feel when the N-word is used from a white person. It means of low worth, no value, inadequate, stupid, beneath dirt, useless, unworthy of respect. It is the word that whites used to put down black people since slavery.

The reason why rappers use it today is because of the old phrase "turning lemons into lemonade" or as by pop used to say "turnin chicken doo-doo (the s-word) into chicken soup". For example (bear with me. I'm taking the long way around)...blacks eat soul food. Soul food meats consist things like intestines (chitlins, we call them) pig feet, knuckles, chicken feet, pig ears, ribs, hearts, livers, kidneys and other stuff. Sound good? I would hope not. The reason why blacks started eating these foods is because that's what slave masters used to give slave to eat. When slave masters slaughtered their cattle, they would keep the good parts for themselves.....the steaks, the roasts, the hams, etc., and give the scraps (the soul food) to the slaves. Over the years, the slaves learned how to make those nasty foods eatable and even delicious. We almost literraly took chicken siht and made chicken soup. It's the same with the N'word. Instead of using it to put each other down, we use it to build ourselves up. It's also the reason why you here black men calling each other "Man" like Yo, what's up, man?" The reason is because white people used to call black men "boy" when not using the N'word. Boy of course meaning....small or one who knows nothing...who does what father says.

I have never in my 61 yrs heard a white person call another white person 'white boy' or 'white paddy' but then I live in northern US. But if anyone, white or black, called me those things I wouldn't take offense. I'd just think the person was ignorant & small-minded.

The thing of it is that white people dont call eachother "whiteboy" or "cracker", yet blacks often call eachother the "n-word".
