I have a bunch of computers(about 4 now, but will grow) at point A and another bunch(3 now, but will grow too) at point B. The distance between A and B is somewhere between 50-100m. I need all of my computers to be able to connect at full speed(1Gbps) at the same time. I don't care if it is wireless or not, but I prefer not to dig for cables.

What kind of equipment should I use to build such connection? An ordinary gigabit switch just won't do the job because it will limit the connection to one gigabit.

Ask for any details I will be monitoring this question closely, thanks.

So what kind of equipment would I need to convert the signal of the machines at point A from 1Gbit LAN to fiber optics and then from the fiber optics back to LAN 1Gbit ?

You want a fiber optic backbone and professional grade switches and routers. Wireless will not do what you are asking - It's far too slow in comparison.
Call Cisco - this is what they do (Oh - and bring your checkbook. They are good, but they are NOT cheap)

For a business installation like this seems to be, where failure isn't really a good option, I'd suggest professional help. Try Altex Electronics, the Geek Squad, or a more business- oriented networking company.
