don't make such plans, you only need them when you do plan it.

you know the places he goes to - avoid them.
you know the times when he is out - change yours.
try to forgive him, let him go. he's not worth love, hatred or any other feeling.

Your hate won't hurt anyone but you. Forgive him for yourself. Eventually you will find the hatred fading away until you will feel nothing for him. If you meet him somewhere, say "hi" and walk on. You will be the bigger person!
My ex-husband broke my heart too. I didn't see him for years and years. Then my daddy died and he came to the funeral. He came up to me and I shook his hand and thanked him for coming. I maintained my dignity for my daddy's sake. I'm glad I did. By the way, my ex remarried years ago and yet he was wearing the ring I gave him before we were married. Was that weird or what????? Oh, well, he's a weird person.

Well for one you need to find some one to help you fix that broken heart. Some men don't know a good thing till it's gone find your self some one to give that love too that he tosed away. Then hopefully he will see you with him and will see that he lost the best person in his life. And then when you do see him it will not be as hard when you have someone that truely loves you.

Hate is a harsh word and feeling.I do understand you might hate the things he did and how he hurt you.We have to forgive and move on otherwise we become an angry person and a hateful person.Don't hate. You be an adult and walk on by.

Ignore him. The best revenge is to move on as quickly as possible and view the other person as a non-existent piece of dust.

hate brings bad Karma, so try to let it go.

if you run into him, cahnces are he knows what he has done to you, and trust me he wont be able to look you in the eye. so make yourself a pact, that whatever happens, happens for a reason, dont hold any grudges who knows? he might of just cleared the way for someone better to come to you.?????

The best way to handle it is by having a hot guy holding your hand when you bump in to him.

Just act like you don't know him, if he says something, listen, see what he has to say. If he is dangerous or a threat, scream or run away!

Don't react.
Control yourself.
Time heals everything.
Ask God to help you overcome your hate, etc.
Forgive him. -Do it for yourself.
Say a prayer. God will hear you and answer your prayers.
-God Bless.
