I have 100 MB sized file and I want to send it to my friend. but i have 56 K modem connection. Can i share this size of files with my friend? If yes then how it is possible ? Please tell me the methods which are resume supported as my connection is used to break...

First, you'll want to compress the files as much as possible using WinZIP or some such. Then check with your ISP to find out if they automatically time you out periodically. Make sure your modem and dial-up settings are such that they don't cut you off after a certain period of time.

Finally, get you an online storage capability where you can upload the file once, then share the file by emailing the link to your friends.

What you want to do is split your files to about 2 to 3 MB portions so your connection does not break

It will a pain to upload individually but you only asked if it can be done and the answer is yes but its not easy

you will have to upload 30 to 50 times before you are done

My suggestion is burn it to a CD and mail it to him or her
