yep I'm a last minute bidder,I sit & keep refreshing the page when it gets 2 the last minute thats when I bid,or if its some thing that I really want & people are bidding on it,I whack a high bid then they ent time to catch up with my bid,,sneeky bi@tch,haha

Yeah they don't when I'm bleeding selling! I have a theory on this though I suspect that many seller use two accounts and purposely make their first bid the price at which they intend to sell then anyone else won't get it until the required bid is met

If no one else nids against you you obviously get it at the starting price. People sometimes put in the Maximum that they are willing to spend on that item, that's why they put the higher price in originally.

I agree with Boris, I've heard some people have 2 accounts or ebay buddies who bump the price up.

I don't understand why people don't wait until the last minute, like I do, then you can get to outbid everyone else!

you have to be careful with this as some sellers friends and aquaintances put high bids in to bump up the price........
